"Right of California Customer to Make Claim on the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund"

In the event of World Travel's default, you may be eligible for a refund of up to $15,000 from the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.  If you were located in California at the time of your purchase, you have a right to make a claim against the Fund for a refund of any money paid to World Travel that is due because of World Travel's bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or material failure to provide the transportation or travel services sold.  The claim must be filed within 60 days (or in some limited circumstances, within one year) after you become aware of your loss.

This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.  You are not eligible to file a claim against that Fund in the event of World Travel's default.

PROMOTIONAL FARES - Most discount fares involve certain restrictions.  A change in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s), or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare.  Cancellations may result in a penalty being assessed.

If your plans change en route, it may be possible for you to apply the value of your ticket towards a reissued one.  It may not be necessary to purchase a new ticket. 

These times, flights and fares are based on quotations given to WORLD TRAVEL by the carrier at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

HOTELS are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis.  If you cancel or change your plans, please notify your hotel by 4:00 p. m. local time or by the required cancellation notice specified on your vouchers / itinerary to avoid mandatory payment.  Resort hotels may require 3-30 days advance notice.

LIMOUSINE/VAN SERVICE must be canceled six hours prior to scheduled pickup.  Failure to use or cancel the pre-reserved service will result in a billing.

REFUNDS - Since payments have been made to the carrier, tour operator, or cruise line, WORLD TRAVEL will refund your money upon receipt from the issuing company.  Refunds on tickets purchased by check will be delayed 10 days from purchase date in order for your check to clear the bank.

FEES - WORLD TRAVEL reserves the right to charge a minimum fee for all transactions.

TICKETS - Canceled or unused tickets must be returned for proper credit to your account.  Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is received from the issuing carrier: subject to an airline imposed service charge.

WHY TRAVEL INSURANCE?

The answer is simple.  Now that you've made this decision to go on this trip, you'll want to protect your investment.  Travel insurance can provide extra protection for unexpected traveling costs - whether they result from an accident, an illness, lost luggage or a canceled or interrupted trip.  Travel insurance not only protects you - it also protects family members traveling with you.

WORLD TRAVEL BUREAU INC. is acting merely as agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel related services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) This agency, its employees or officers therefore, shall NOT be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members as a result of these travel arrangements.  Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agency, its employees, or officers from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the imposed travel.  By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.  Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

THE PREVAILING PARTY IN ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN WORLD TRAVEL BUREAU, INC. AND THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES.
